TMJ
- (Temporomandibular Joint disorder)

Typically recognized symptoms include painful jaw, headaches, tooth aches, stiff/sore neck, difficulty chewing &/or talking due to lack of mobility in the jaw. This modality offers gentle external massage to the masseter, temporalis, suboccipitals & upper trapezius muscles (and more). If external work is well tolerated gentle internal massage can be done as well working to help relieve pain and restore range of motion to the joint area.

As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler; solitude will not
be solitude, poverty will not be poverty, nor weakness.
